# Clements Park > Clements Park is the creative studio of Clem, a New York City-based sticker collage artist. Every piece is built from hundreds of hand-trimmed stickers sourced from daily life: product packaging, prescription bottles, luggage tags, corporate events, techno clubs. The materials are autobiographical. The process is entirely manual. ## Artist Clem is a Korean American artist, NYU Stern MBA (Class of 2026), and former Gucci ecommerce operations associate. He is trilingual (English, Korean, Mandarin), was in foster care at 14, and built his art practice entirely from scratch with no inherited resources, no MFA, no gallery representation, and no institutional backing. ## Thesis Every piece begins with something universally recognizable and embeds hidden layers of meaning: bilingual double meanings, subcultural stickers, insider signals legible only to certain audiences. The central question: who gets access to the full meaning of an object, and who only sees the surface? ## Works ### Port(rait) Authority Series Three of the most famous faces in painting, remade from stickers. - [Pirl with a Gearl Earring](https://clementspark.com/pages/pirl-with-a-gearl-earring): After Vermeer. 40 x 30 in. 2023.
